The intended launch path includes a 30-day free trial so agencies can test the workflow before committing to a paid subscription.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription cancellation is intended to stop future renewal charges. Exact billing-cycle behavior will be finalized with the payment provider setup.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription terms, renewal notices, and any partial refund rules require final approval before launch.
Refund Requests
Refund requests should include the agency name, account email, invoice reference, and reason for the request once production billing is enabled.
Provider Dependencies
Payment processing, chargebacks, taxes, receipts, and invoices will depend on the selected billing provider and connected merchant account.
Current Status
No production payments are enabled in the MVP. This page exists so the public website has the right launch structure.
