This draft defines the intended product rules for pilot planning. It must be reviewed and approved before accepting paying customers.

Service Scope

Orton Technology provides software tools for travel agencies to manage travel reminders, customer follow-up tasks, uploaded travel documents, staff activity, and reporting.

Customer Responsibilities

Agencies are responsible for verifying extracted itinerary data, managing staff access, ensuring they have permission to process customer travel information, and using the platform lawfully.

MVP Boundaries

The current MVP does not automatically send WhatsApp messages, emails, SMS, or payment requests. Staff can prepare and log manual customer contact activity.

Subscriptions

Subscription pricing is shown on the pricing page. Final billing, renewal, upgrade, and cancellation terms will be confirmed when the payment provider is connected.

Availability

The production service will depend on selected hosting, database, authentication, email, and payment providers. Service levels will be finalized before launch.
